How Can I Create An Account And Log In To The Qomuniti App?
After you have successfully installed the "Qomuniti App" you are advised to open it and begin by signing up for an account. You can achieve that by following the processes below;
  • 1. Click on the "signup button" at the bottom of the splash screen
  • 2. Fill up the input field and click on the "create resident account" button
  • 3. After you have done that, you should receive a message that includes your login details (your estate ID & Password) in the email you have used to signup for an account.
  • 4. As soon as you receive the notification, open the Qomuniti mobile app and click on the "login" button below the screen.
  • 5. Fill up the input fields with those login details that were sent to your email. (please do not use the copy-and-paste method. Try to memorize those details before inputting them
  • 6. Fill up the input fields on the registration bio-data screen and click on the "next" button located below the screen.
  • 7. Fill up the input fields on the registration location screen and click on the "next" button located below the screen
  • 8. Accept all terms and conditions by ticking (check) the box and click on the "Finish" button
  • 9. Change your password and click on the “save button” to complete the signup process. (you are advised to change your password for security reasons)
How Can I Logout My Account From The Qomuniti App?
To log out, of your account from the Qomuniti app follow the instructions given below;
  • 1. Click on the "Profile button" located in the navigation bar at the bottom right of your screen.
  • 2. Click on the "logout button". A dialogue might appear to ensure you want to perform such action.
  • 3. Click on the "yes button" to successfully logout.
How Do I Reset My Password?
Are you trying to retrieve or reset your password? Well, we got you covered. To reset your password, please follow the instructions below;
  • 1. Click on the "forgot password button" located on the splash screen.
  • 2. Fill up the input field with your registered email address and click on the "submit button" below the screen.
  • 3. You should receive a notification that includes your login details in your email.
  • 4. Use the login details in your email to login into the app.
  • 5. Change your password and click on the "save button"
Why Is My Login Details Not Working?
If you are having issues trying to log in to the app. Try to debug by
  • 1. Checking your internet connection To check your internet connectivity, follow the instruction below
    Go to the settings menu on your device >> Tap on “connections” or “network and internet”
    Tap on “wifi” or “mobile data” to enable or disable the internet connection
  • 2. Contact the customer care service to see if your account has been suspended.
Why Can’t I Sign In?
Users cannot sign in to the app without registering their email address (primary and secondary mail address) with the estate admin. Please contact your Estate admin or [email protected] to register your details and be able to sign in to the app.

Why Don’t I Receive Notification In My Email?
Users won’t be able to receive email notification from the Qomuniti app due to the following reasons
  • 1. Poor or No internet connectivity
    To check your internet connectivity, follow the instruction below
    Go to the settings menu on your device >> Tap on
    “connections” or “network and internet”
    Tap on “wifi” or “mobile data” to enable or disable the internet connection
  • 2. Users email address is not registered in the platform
  • 3. Incorrect email address being used.
How Can I Top-up My Account?
To Top-up your e-wallet using a card, follow the following steps;
  • 1. click on the "Top-up button" located at the shortcut panel on the homepage
  • 2. Fill up the "card detail form" Please ensure all required inputs are correct.
  • 3. click on the "Top-up button" located below the card detail form.
To Top-up your e-wallet through a bank transfer, follow the following steps;
  • 1. Make a bank transfer to the estate bank account.
  • 2. Provide evidence of transfer to the estate admin
  • 3. E-wallet will be topped up by the estate admin.

How Can I Create Security Access Code For My Visitors?
To create a security access code for your visitors, follow the steps below;
  • 1. Click on the “Access Control Button” located at the Quick action panel of the homepage
  • 2. Click on the “Create Access” located at the top-right corner of the screen
  • 3. Fill-in the “input fields” required to carry out this process
  • 4. Click on the “Generate Code Button” to generate code
  • 5. Click on the “share button” to share codes to friends and visitors.
How Can I Create Security Access Code For My Events?
To create a security event access code, follow the steps below;
  • 6. Click on the “Access Control Button” located at the Quick action panel of the homepage
  • 7. Click on the “Event Button” located at the right corner of the screen
  • 8. Click on the “Create Access Button” located at the top-right corner of the screen
  • 9. Fill-in the “input fields” required to carry out this process
  • 10. Click on the “Generate Code Button” to generate code and preview details
  • 11. Once the preview detail is displayed, click on the “Share Button” to send code to friends or copy preview to copy the code if required.
How Can I Close An Active Visitors Access Code?
To close an active visitor’s access code, follow the steps below;
  • 1. Click on the “Access Control Button” located at the Quick action panel of the homepage
  • 2. Click on the “Active visitors name” on the access control screen
  • 3. Click on the “Authorize Security Button” located below the screen
How Can I An Invite Access Code?
  • 1. Click on the “Access Control Button” located at the Quick action panel of the homepage.
  • 2. Click on the “visitors name” on the access control screen
  • 3. Click on the “Cancel Button” located below the screen
How Can I Cancel Or Delete An Event Access Code?
  • 1. Click on the “Access Control Button” located at the Quick action panel of the homepage
  • 2. Click on the “Event Button” located at the right corner of the screen.
  • 3. Click on the “event folder” or “name of the event” you want to delete
  • 4. A delete icon would appear. Click on the delete icon.
Note: you can only delete or cancel an event access code when the event time haven’t started

How Can I Access Estate Emergency Service Through The Qomuniti App?
To add an emergency contact to your account, follow the steps below;
  • 1. Click on the “Panic button” located at the quick action catalog of the homepage
  • 2. Activate the panic button by holding for 3 secs
  • 3. The estate emergency services would appear. You can now select the service of your choice
How Can I Add My Emergency Contact?
To add an emergency contact to your account, follow the steps below;
  • 4. Click on the “Profile Button” on the navigation button located at the bottom right of your screen.
  • 5. Scroll through the screen for “Panic Emergency Contact” and input the number
  • 6. Click on the “Update Button” located below the screen

How Can I Request For An Estate Service?
To create an estate service, follow the following steps;
  • 1) Click on the "Estate service button" located in the shortcut panel on the homepage
  • 2) click on the "menu burger button" located at the top right of the estate service screen
  • 3) once a dialogue pops out, click on the "Request a Service"
  • 4) A screen with all available estate services appears, select a service of your choice, Input details regarding the service of your choice in the "additional information box"
  • 5) Then click on the "request button" located below the screen.
(Note: After you have requested a service, you would get confirmation feedback from the admin regarding the estate service you requested for. Meanwhile a draft invoice would be forwarded to you, you can accept or decline your service order if it doesn’t match your requirement)

How Can I Make An Estate Payment?
To make an estate fixed payment, follow the following steps;
  • 1) Click on the "Estate payment button" located in the shortcut panel on the homepage
  • 2) The estate payment screen appears. Click on the “pay button” that holds the particular bill you would like to pay.
To Make An Estate Dynamic Payment, Follow The Following Steps;
  • 1) Click on the "Estate payment button" located in the shortcut panel on the homepage
  • 2) The estate payment screen appears. Click on the “dynamic payment” to tog you to the dynamic payment field.
  • 3) Fill all required details and then click on the “confirm payment button”
